She kick-started her career by modelling in TV commercials. Krithi has been featured in several TV ads such as Idea, Parle, Lifebuoy, Saffola, The Sleep company, and Blue Star. The Telugu Director Buchi Babu Sana approached her for a role in Uppena through one of her ads.

She made a debut in Bollywood through the film Super 30. In this film, she played the role of an excellent student. This movie was a super hit in the theatres.

The Sangeeta role in the Telugu movie Uppena was initially offered to the Manisha Raj in 2019. But Manisha said no to this film, and then this offer was given to Krithi. She was approached for this film by Indian filmmaker Buchi Babu Sana after discovering her in one of her advertisements.
