Gabriel was born and brought up in Vancouver with a Jewish upbringing. When he was 8 years old, he developed an interest towards acting at a summer camp. In this camp, he played roles in musical productions of Aladdin and Footloose.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, he enrolled himself at Concordia University, where he earned a degree in the drama program. He had attended online classes due to Lockdown.

In 2013, Gabriel made his on-screen debut as a guest with an episode of “Motive.” His father was the producer of this show. In 2015, he appeared in the Charlie role in the episode “Love & Basketball” in the iZombie TV show.

In 2017, he was featured in the lead role in the Indie horror film “Dead Shack.” This film was first shown at the Vancouver and Fantasia Film Festivals.  He played the role of Alfred in Max 2: White House Hero in 2017. In 2018, he appeared in the sci-fi action movie The Predator in the role of EJ.

In 2020, Gabriel made acting a full-time career. So, he deleted all his social media accounts to focus on his acting career.

In 2021, the role of Tim Nathans he played in the episode “Jennifer” in “Brand New Cherry Flavor.”
